Warranty & Service Guarantee Policy – Laundry Saigon
At Laundry Saigon, we take pride in providing premium garment care. Our mission is to ensure your clothes return to you in pristine condition. To maintain our commitment to quality, we provide the following Warranty & Guarantee Policy for all our customers in Ho Chi Minh City.
1. Our Quality Commitment
We treat every garment with the utmost respect. Whether you use our Air Dry service for delicates or our Aloha Super-Express 6H for urgent needs, we follow strict professional protocols to ensure safety and cleanliness.
2. Standard Service Guarantee

Cleaning Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning quality of an item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will re-clean the item at no additional charge.

Processing Errors: In the rare event of a processing error (e.g., missed stains that were previously noted), we committed to rectifying the issue immediately.
3. Damaged Items & Liability
While we use advanced technology and gentle cycles (like low-heat drying and cold washes), we understand that accidents can happen. Our liability policy is as follows:

Evaluation: Any claim regarding damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and must be accompanied by the original service receipt.

Manufacturer Defects: Laundry Saigon is not responsible for damage resulting from inherent manufacturer defects, such as weak fibers, poor colorfastness, or aging materials.

Maximum Liability: In the event of damage caused by our process, our liability is limited to a maximum of 10 times the cleaning cost of that specific item.
4. Lost Items

We follow a rigorous tracking system for every order. However, if an item is confirmed lost while in our care, we will compensate the customer up to 10 times the service fee for that item.

Please ensure all pockets are emptied before pick-up. Laundry Saigon is not responsible for items left in pockets (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics) or any damage they may cause to the garments.
5. Specialized Service Notes

Air Dry Service: Since this service is designed for delicate items at 30.000 VNĐ, we prioritize natural drying to prevent shrinkage. We are not liable for pre-existing stretching or fiber fatigue common in old delicate fabrics.

Express Services: For Aloha Express and Super-Express 6H, we maintain speed without sacrificing quality. However, extremely stubborn stains may require longer treatment than the express window allows.
