Payment & Change Policy – Laundry Saigon

At Laundry Saigon, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience from the moment you book a service to the final delivery. This policy outlines our standards for payments, order modifications, and cancellations.

1. Payment Methods

To provide maximum convenience, we accept various payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay directly to our delivery partner upon receiving your fresh laundry.

  • Bank Transfer: Secure transfers via local Vietnamese banks.

  • E-Wallets: Support for popular wallets like MoMo, ZaloPay, and ShopeePay.

  • QR Pay: Scan and pay instantly at our store or during delivery.

2. Payment Terms

  • Standard Services: Payment is typically settled upon delivery or completion of the service.

  • High-Value Orders: For orders exceeding a certain amount or involving specialized restoration (e.g., Shoe Spa or Leather Care), a deposit of 50% may be required upfront.

  • Express Surcharges: For Aloha Express Same-day (129.000 VNĐ) and Super-Express 6H (149.000 VNĐ), the full premium rate applies once the rapid processing begins.

3. Change & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please follow these guidelines for order modifications:

  • Standard Orders: You may change your service type (e.g., switching from Laundry to Air Dry) or cancel your order up to 2 hours after the initial pick-up without any fees.

  • Express Services: Due to the immediate priority given to Aloha Super-Express 6H and Same-day orders, changes or cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of the order confirmation. If the cleaning process has already started, the full service fee will apply.

  • Rescheduling Delivery: If you need to change your delivery time or location, please notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled slot to avoid a re-delivery fee.

4. Pricing & Adjustments

  • Final Quote: While we provide estimated prices online, the final price is determined after our experts inspect the items at the facility (considering weight, fabric type, and specific stain treatments).

  • Surcharge for Special Items: Items requiring extra attention (e.g., heavy down jackets, intricate beadwork) may incur additional costs, which will be communicated to you before processing.
